Colleen Krieger is the landscape and travel photographer behind The Light Chase. She’s based in Southern California, where she’s inspired daily by the beauty and light around her. Krieger’s work focuses on the transformative power of light on the landscapes around us – whether it’s where we’re lucky enough to live or pass through.

Her goal as an artist is to capture the real moments that overwhelm her with gratitude for the wild, brave twists of fate and choice that lead her to be in the right place, at the right time to see the fleeting light through the cracks. Krieger believes absolutely in the healing power of a roadtrip and getting lost somewhere new with her camera at golden hour.
